I want to try the rice f...This sounds pretty good! I want to try the rice from Palametto but they are out right now. I too got an IP, and I love cooking rice in it. I was always a crappy rice cooker. I am so pleased with the IP and I always look for recipes. I like your take of three minutes and 7 natural release. Gonna try it this week!<br /><br />I also cook a lot of chicken(thighs, NEVER breasts) in the IP. I am partial to Indian flavors and I love curry. (I have 19 different ones currently in my cabinet). By far, my favorite curry recipe is a madras curry with some heat, smoked paprika from Spain, celery, onion, carrots, bell peppers and basmati rice. It’s pretty much a throw it all in and cook kinda recipe.
